Mission Statement

Siskiyou County Water Users Association (SCWUA) was formed to educate, promote and defend water rights within Siskiyou County including the Klamath Hydroelectric facilities, the Klamath Compact and its associated rights as well as support the County efforts to establish its Reserve Water Rights established by the California Water Resources Agency in conformance with the Klamath Compact (1957) and codified in the California Water Code 5900.
